It’s time for a new recipe! I’m a city boy at heart, and I don’t think I can survive for long in the wilderness without the modern luxuries of urban civilization. Of course, you can’t expect me to haul my TV or stereo, my favorite couch, or even my laptop to a place thousands of meters high above sea level.
But one thing I can bring is the set of ingredients of great-tasting food. Unlike other mountaineers who just settle for canned goods, I go for good old’ home-cooked (mountain-cooked, in this case) meals. Thus, the meals I prepare up there are gourmet (relatively, of course, considering the nature of mountaineering) dishes, and my fellow campers often have to beg to take a bite.
